Desolace (30-40): There are some quests for the level 38-40 players of both factions here. The amount of quests is fairly limited, but especially the demon related ones in the south are relatively easy, and fun to do if you use Twelvesky Gold enslave. Enslave Lord Azrethoc, an elite demon who wanders around the ruins, for some serious killing power.
Strangle thorn Vale (30-45): To avoid too much travelling (its negative effects on leveling speed not to be underestimated), Its best not to return to SV until 40 or higher if you have already done the 30-35 level range quests.

Other people aggroing them and causing you adds during a fight happens often, so you might want to skip that one. If you are doing the ‘The Blood sail Buccaneers’ quest line, make sure you pick up ‘Up to Snuff’ from Deeg in the inn, as well as ‘Keeping an eye out’ from Dizzy on a middle level of Booty Bay.
Do quests here until you start running out of yellow/green ones, after which it is a good idea to move to Tanaris or Badlands.
